Security services are investigating a suspected explosive device that was found at Kalerwe Market in Kawempe Division this morning.
The army spokesperson, Major General Felix Kulaigye, said one person, a female reportedly linked to the ADF, was shot dead. The attackers were allegedly targeting Kalerwe Market and nearby religious sites.
